All pools include the following:
• 1-20 ml. vinyl liner with choice of pattern including a 15 year warranty
• 3 feet of concrete around the perimeter of the pool
• 1 main drain, 2 skimmers, 3 returns and all filtration lines run individually and includes valves
• 1-24 inch Hayward sand filter with 4×6 concrete pad
• 1-1.5 horsepower Hayward pump
• 2 stainless steel ladders
• 8 foot walk in stairs with handrail
• Price also includes all excavation and pea stone backfill footing to be poured with 6 bag concrete. Bottom is 4 bag grout with stone subgrade

Additional option and accessories include:
• 8 foot diving board
• 300 watt 12 volt light with deck mount box
• Gas line run to meter
• Electronic run for filter, booster pump and light
